Customer Service

Looking for an energetic, reliable self-starter with outstanding customer service skills and a positive and encouraging attitude.

• Professional appearance and friendly personality.

• Good attendance and punctuality a must.

• Able to multitask, pay close attention to detail and work well under pressure.

• Knowledge of basic computer skills, Microsoft office and Email a must

• Answer Phones, greet and help customers as they arrive, send emails for shipped orders and other customer notifications.

• Keep showroom clean and tidy.

• Assist with entering orders and help customers with picking up orders.

• Help with office support such as, entering payables, running charges, filing.

• Able to lift 35 lbs.

This is a Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00 position.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
• Office: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English a must/ bilingual helpful (Preferred)
