Looking for an energetic, reliable self-starter with outstanding customer service skills and a positive and encouraging attitude.
Professional appearance and friendly personality.
Good attendance and punctuality a must.
Able to multitask, pay close attention to detail and work well under pressure.
Knowledge of basic computer skills, Microsoft office and Email a must
Answer Phones, greet and help customers as they arrive, send emails for shipped orders and other customer notifications.
Keep showroom clean and tidy.
Assist with entering orders and help customers with picking up orders.
Help with office support such as, entering payables, running charges, filing.
Able to lift 35 lbs.
This is a Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00 position.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
- Office: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
- English a must/ bilingual helpful (Preferred)
