We're now looking for a creative, reliable, and self-driven Content Creator & Video Editor to help us elevate our digital presence across social platforms.

Position Overview

We're seeking someone who can plan, shoot, and edit content that showcases our products, installations, customer success stories, and the behind-the-scenes of our business. This role is perfect for someone who loves being hands-on, thinks creatively, and wants to grow with a strong brand.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels/Stories, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Create longer-form videos for YouTube, website, and ads.
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage at job sites, showroom locations, and company events.
• Shoot product showcases, installation tutorials, and customer testimonial videos.
• Edit footage quickly while maintaining brand quality and consistency.
• Brainstorm, script, and storyboard content ideas aligned with marketing goals.
• Manage and organize all media files.
• Work closely with the owner and marketing team to plan weekly content.
• Stay up to date with social media trends to keep US Turf content fresh and engaging.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, videography, and/or video editing.
• Proficient in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut Desktop, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content styles.
• Ability to film with DSLR, mirrorless, or high-quality smartphone cameras.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to visit job sites.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

• Photography experience
• Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
• Basic drone operation
• Experience creating content for construction or home-improvement brands

Job Type & Schedule

• Full-Time (Monday – Friday)
• Occasional weekend shoots depending on projects
• On-Site (Las Vegas)
