What You'll Do:

As an RN Supervisor, you will:

• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day nursing operations of the facility, including developing the monthly nursing schedule.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized resident care plans.
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations, promoting continuous improvement and professional development.
• Serve as a resource and problem-solver for nursing staff, ensuring a smooth workflow and addressing concerns promptly.

What We're Looking For:

• An active California RN license in good standing.
• Previous supervisory or RN experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills.
