Server/Wait Staff

We are seeking skilled and attentive individuals to join our Waitstaff team at our upscale steakhouse concept, Chophouse of Chapin. As a member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and hospitality to our guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Presenting menus and explaining menu items, specials, and restaurant promotions.
• Taking accurate food and drink orders, utilizing knowledge of menu items and wine pairings.
• Anticipating guest needs and accommodating special requests as necessary.
• Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their meals.
• Clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
• Processing payments and handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area and work stations.
• Adhering to all restaurant policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of wines, cocktails, and menu items.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for hospitality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2.13 - $5.00 per hour
