We are seeking a
talented and versatile Art Director
to play a critical role in our creative team, developing concepts and flawless visual execution. This individual will contribute to concept development, design execution, and the visual direction of experiential campaigns, social media, creative content, among other integrated marketing needs. The Art Director will work closely with copywriters, strategists, and production teams to ensure creative excellence across a variety of brand activations, events, and integrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Art Directors, Copywriters, Strategists and Associate Creative Directors to develop compelling creative concepts for experiential marketing campaigns.
- Design and execute visually striking brand experiences, including live activations, digital content, branded environments, and promotional materials.
- Maintain a hands-on approach to design while overseeing Junior Art Directors and Designers, providing feedback and guidance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including strategy, client services, and production, to ensure alignment with campaign goals and feasibility.
- Present creative ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients, articulating design rationale with confidence.
- Assist in managing production processes, working with vendors, fabricators, and event producers to bring designs to life.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and experiential design innovations.
- Contribute to new business pitches, helping to develop presentation materials and visual storytelling.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in an agency or design studio, with a portfolio showcasing experiential, environmental, and campaign work.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and familiarity with 3D rendering and motion design tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, and brand identity design.
- Experience working with fabrication and production teams to bring creative concepts to life.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey creative ideas effectively.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for experiential marketing, brand storytelling, and innovative design.
