Financial Advisor

We are currently seeking motivated, goal-driven, and coachable people to join our team as entry-level financial advisors.

You will employ tools and strategies provided to deliver tangible results for clients working toward financial security for their families, as well as develop connected relationships with clients and earn referrals through your outstanding service.

Although welcome, no previous experience is required; we will provide you with training and education necessary to perform in this position. This is 100% remote, and available for both part-time and full-time workers.

We are expanding, which means an opportunity to become your own financial broker and manage your own team of advisors, with enough effort.

All licensing and study material, as well as necessary tools to write business, is either covered, subsidized, or reimbursed upon completion.

Pay is both upfront commission-based as well as recurring residual income, potential bonuses also available.

Success is determined heavily by an individual's work ethic and coachability to obtain their licenses and apply what they learn from trainings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized financial needs analyses to determine best paths for clients' financial futures
• Determine financial status and analyze forecast results implementing sound financial strategies
• Practice and prepare presentations that recommend specific financial products to clients, and include following up frequently
• Network and build relationships both with our team and with potential clients

Qualifications

• Must reside, and be legally able to work in the United States
• 18 years of age or older
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses within 60 days of hire
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow personally
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a background check with no past felony convictions on record.
