PM Lead Server

Hours - 4:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits
• Lead and supervise the Food and Beverage to ensure high standards of service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff members
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations
• Follow and uphold all Hilton Brand Standards

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a server and bartender, with leadership responsibilities preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, including cocktail recipes
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., ServSafe) are a requirement
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
