RCM Application and Integrations Manager

The Manager of RCM Applications & Integrations provides strategic oversight and support for the revenue cycle technology and new clinic integrations. The manager leads the implementation of new technology and ongoing optimization to improve patient experience. The manager focuses on standardizing billing processes, supporting the integration of new clinics into the centralized team, and developing training materials to ensure compliance and efficiency across the revenue cycle.

Essential Duties:

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of new RCM applications to achieve business objectives and improve the patient's experience.
• Develop and maintain training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the billing team regarding new software utilization.
• Lead the onboarding and integration of new clinics into the centralized billing team.
• Support training of front desk staff in new clinics to ensure smooth transition to the centralized billing team.
• Drive process improvement by identifying gaps in the revenue cycle and leveraging technology to automate billing tasks and improve collection rates.
• Manage relationships with RCM software vendors to drive product enhancements and resolve high-level technical issues.
• Provide high-level oversight of RCM workflows and report findings to RCM leadership.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or Healthcare IT Project Management.
• Extensive knowledge of modern billing platforms and best practice configuration.
