Join our expanding fulfillment center in Durham, North Carolina, as a Fulfillment Associate! We're searching for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Your role will involve picking, packing, and shipping items, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, efficient work habits, and a strong commitment to Safety. We provide comprehensive training on proper techniques for Lifting and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring a secure work environment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll be a key part of our logistics operations, ensuring that every order is handled with care and precision. Become a vital team member in a fast-paced, supportive atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure they match order specifications.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate scanning devices to track inventory movements.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and warehouse area.
- Adhere to all Safety protocols and guidelines, including proper Lifting methods.
- Wear required PPE at all times during your shift.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Support various aspects of the logistics and fulfillment process as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Good organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of and commitment to workplace Safety.
- Willingness to use PPE and follow all Safety directives.
