We are looking for individuals who are efficient, organized, and safety-conscious to manage the flow of materials within our warehouse. Your responsibilities will span receiving, storing, and distributing materials throughout our facility. This role is essential for maintaining accurate inventory and supporting our broader logistics network. We pride ourselves on a secure work environment, emphasizing correct Lifting techniques and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). As a Material Handler, you'll be integral to our operational success, ensuring that materials are handled with care and precision. Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading shipments using appropriate equipment.
- Transporting materials to and from production or storage areas.
- Accurately tracking inventory movements within the warehouse system.
- Verifying the condition and quantity of materials received and dispatched.
- Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe workspace.
- Ensuring proper storage of materials to prevent damage and ensure accessibility.
- Performing routine checks on material handling equipment.
- Following all Safety procedures and guidelines, including proper Lifting techniques.
- Wearing mandated PPE at all times while on duty.
- Supporting other warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics setting is beneficial.
- Capability to perform consistent Lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Familiarity with material handling equipment is a plus.
- Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Dedication to Safety and adherence to all protocols.
