We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our bustling facility in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of essential warehouse tasks, contributing to the seamless flow of inventory and shipments. Your duties will encompass receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. This position requires a strong commitment to Safety, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle physical demands, including frequent Lifting. We provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and expect all team members to adhere to stringent Safety protocols. As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key player in our logistics chain, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in designated storage areas.
- Pick and fill orders from stock with accuracy.
- Pack and prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
- Manage inventory by conducting regular checks and cycle counts.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including those related to Lifting and handling materials.
- Ensure all required PPE is used correctly.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed, contributing to overall logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to handle frequent and significant Lifting (up to 50 pounds).
- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to Safety and adhering to all operational guidelines.
