We are seeking dedicated and motivated Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, California. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. You will be responsible for managing inventory, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Adherence to safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are paramount in this role. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified requirements.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring proper storage and organization.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
- Ensure timely processing of orders to meet delivery deadlines.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in logistics and warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks involving consistent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse procedures.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the use of PPE.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
