We are seeking a diligent Material Handler to join our energetic team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this essential role, you will be responsible for the physical movement and organization of materials within our warehouse. Your duties will include receiving goods, stocking shelves, picking orders, and preparing items for shipment. This position requires physical stamina, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to safety. You will be an integral part of our logistics operations, ensuring that materials are handled efficiently and accurately. Proper use of material handling equipment and adherence to safety protocols, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE), are paramount. We emphasize safe lifting techniques and expect all team members to be mindful of their surroundings and fellow colleagues. The ideal candidate is reliable, possesses good communication skills, and can work effectively in a team environment. - Receive, identify, and unload incoming materials.
- Store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper organization.
- Pick products accurately based on order requirements.
- Pack and prepare materials for shipment, ensuring they are secure.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment as needed.
- Maintain an accurate inventory count by reporting discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Support the logistics team in achieving daily operational goals.
- Perform other material handling tasks as assigned.
