Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload shipments, verifying contents against orders.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
- Pick items accurately to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks.
- Follow safe lifting practices and ergonomic principles.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior warehouse or manual labor experience is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong work ethic and reliability. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic understanding of logistics operations. Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Commitment to safety and compliance with PPE requirements.
