We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our bustling team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this versatile role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing a variety of essential tasks. This includes receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and staging items for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding high standards of Safety and productivity. This is a fantastic entry point into the Logistics industry, offering opportunities for growth and development within our company. We prioritize Safety and expect all associates to follow guidelines and use provided PPE.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stage prepared orders for shipment.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
- Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and free of hazards.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following Safety protocols.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate to heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
- Basic knowledge of Logistics operations is beneficial.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable wearing and using required PPE.
