Join our dynamic warehouse team in Provo, Utah, as a Warehouse Associate. This role offers a comprehensive range of responsibilities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. You will be expected to handle inventory with care, operate warehouse equipment safely, and maintain a clean and organized work area. Safety is our top priority, so a strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols, correct PPE usage, and proper lifting techniques is essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for outbound delivery.
- Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory in designated locations.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet operational targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Knowledge of safe lifting practices and general warehouse safety.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Commitment to wearing required PPE at all times.
