We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Worker to join our operations in Seattle, Washington. This role is integral to our logistics chain, responsible for a variety of warehouse duties that keep our facility running smoothly. Your tasks will include receiving and storing goods, managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and preparing items for shipment. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, safety-conscious, and can contribute positively to a team environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the logistics and supply chain field. A strong commitment to safety, including the proper use of PPE, is essential. This role requires the ability to handle regular lifting and perform physically demanding tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Store products efficiently and accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols, utilizing required PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
- Support the overall logistics and operational goals of the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is preferred.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Team-oriented and able to work effectively with others.
- Awareness and commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
