Working Model: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

What you will be doing As a Senior Sales Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading and developing a team of managers within Sales Operations. You’ll act as a senior leader and location champion, driving operational excellence, fostering collaboration, and ensuring a customer-first approach. This role demands a visible presence in the office, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to unite teams around shared goals.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading a multi-disciplinary team to consistently achieve and exceed SLAs and KPIs.
Acting as a senior leader and role model, driving engagement and maintaining high morale across locations.
Championing a “one team” ethos by collaborating with other senior leaders to deliver strategic objectives.
Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a high-performing team.
Building strong relationships across departments to align with the firm’s strategy and resolve issues swiftly.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, efficiency, and customer experience.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining robust risk controls.
Promoting a culture of customer‑centricity and delivering exceptional service outcomes.
What we are looking for We’re seeking a dynamic leader with a strong presence and the ability to inspire and influence. You’ll be an exceptional communicator who thrives on pulling people together, managing stakeholders effectively, and driving engagement across teams. Your proactive approach and strategic mindset will help shape the future of Sales Operations.
You will bring:
Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing senior stakeholders.
Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
A track record of driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Knowledge of mortgage lending and completions (specialist lending experience is advantageous).
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (FCA, TCF, Consumer Duty).
A collaborative, adaptable approach with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.
