Base pay range 2026 at HS Direct:

We’re scaling rapidly, winning new business across the UK, and expanding our sales team with high-performing individuals who want full ownership of the sales process.
Location:
Remote (1 fully paid visit per month to our Sheffield HQ)
Salary:
Up to £28,000 base +
Uncapped Commission
(Top performers double or even triple their earnings)

What You’ll Be Doing
Prospecting and engaging new business opportunities
Running online product demonstrations and sales presentations
Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close
Identifying client needs and presenting tailored compliance solutions
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline using CRM systems
Consistently exceeding revenue and activity targets
Working closely with marketing and internal support teams

Strong communication and online presentation skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools
