We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. A key focus will be on maintaining a safe working environment, which includes ensuring all team members follow strict safety protocols and properly utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). You will also guide your team on correct Lifting techniques and safe material handling. Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Develop and implement efficient logistics and workflow processes.

- Maintain a high level of safety compliance, including the use of PPE and proper Lifting practices.
- Train and develop warehouse associates on procedures and safety protocols.
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements.
