We are hiring a Warehouse Associate in Durham, North Carolina, to support our growing logistics network. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient handling of goods within our facility. Your duties will include receiving shipments, accurately stocking inventory, and preparing orders for dispatch. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse is a critical part of your responsibilities, directly impacting safety and operational flow. This position requires the ability to handle items of various sizes and weights, involving regular Lifting. A strong commitment to safety is essential, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. We seek individuals who are dependable, possess keen attention to detail, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial, but not required as comprehensive training will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming goods.
- Assemble customer orders from stock and stage for shipment.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization for optimal safety.
- Handle and move materials, involving appropriate Lifting techniques.
- Comply with all safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
- Support inventory control by reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily logistics goals.
- Perform other duties as needed to support warehouse operations.
