This leadership role is essential for ensuring the efficient and organized flow of goods through our warehouse. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for supervising daily warehouse activities, managing staff, optimizing workflow, and ensuring adherence to all Safety and operational procedures. You will play a key role in receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of Logistics and warehouse management. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse workflows to maximize productivity.
- Ensure accurate inventory management through regular checks and reconciliation.
- Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment, enforcing all Safety regulations.
- Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment, ensuring proper handling.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless Logistics operations.
- Manage shipping schedules and coordinate with carriers.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all staff are trained on proper procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Respond to operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or coordination.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, Logistics, and supply chain management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
- Ability to perform Lifting and other physical tasks as required.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all protocols.
