Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in San Antonio, Texas. This position is integral to our Logistics operations, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and accurately from receipt to shipment. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. A strong focus on Safety, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical duties, including regular Lifting, are key requirements. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual who is eager to contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Adherence to all company policies, particularly concerning the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
- Storing products in designated areas of the warehouse.
- Accurately picking and packing customer orders for shipment.
- Preparing orders for dispatch, including proper labeling.
- Operating manual equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Ensuring the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Participating in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assisting with Loading and unloading of materials from trucks.
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of Safety procedures in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and perform various warehouse tasks.
- Good communication skills.
