We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Picker/Packer to join our growing logistics team in Provo, Utah. This position is fundamental to our order fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive accurate and well-prepared shipments. The Picker/Packer will be responsible for accurately locating items, verifying quantities, and packaging them securely for transit. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace Safety and maintaining a productive workflow. We offer a positive and collaborative environment where your hard work is recognized. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order forms or electronic pick lists.
- Verify product information and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack items using appropriate materials to ensure they are protected during shipping.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Stage completed orders for quality control and loading.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets in our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse scanning devices.
- Knowledge of Safety best practices in a warehouse setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
