Job Summary:
Our San Antonio, Texas facility is seeking a dedicated Order Picker to join our expanding logistics team. In this role, you will be instrumental in fulfilling customer orders with precision and speed. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding high standards of Safety and efficiency. You will navigate the warehouse to locate and retrieve items, ensuring that each order is accurate before it is dispatched. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
  • Utilize handheld scanners or other technology to confirm picks and update inventory.
  • Verify product details and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
  • Package items securely for shipping, following established guidelines.
  • Stage completed orders in designated areas for outgoing shipment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
  • Strictly follow all company Safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
  • Participate in inventory checks and stocktaking activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet performance targets in our logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is highly desirable.
  • Must be able to perform consistent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse management systems.
  • Knowledge of workplace Safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
  • Punctuality and a strong work ethic are required.
