Join our fast-paced logistics team in Denver, Colorado, as a Picker/Packer! We are seeking diligent individuals to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. Your role will involve accurately picking items from our warehouse stock, meticulously packing them for safe transit, and preparing them for shipment. This position is key to our supply chain operations, and we value employees who are organized, efficient, and safety-conscious. Adherence to all safety guidelines and the proper use of PPE is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Label packages accurately for shipment.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other manual equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts.
- Follow all safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
- Perform lifting tasks as needed, including boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to meeting daily order fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking and packing or warehouse work is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics and inventory systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Commitment to safety and the correct use of PPE.
