Responsibilities:
- Accurately select items from warehouse inventory based on order forms or electronic pick lists.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they match order specifications.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Follow all established safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Perform lifting of packages and items up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to meeting daily picking and packing quotas.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a picking, packing, or warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
