Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer requirements.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to identification.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Inspect products for damages and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as trained.
- Meet or exceed productivity targets.
- Handle lifting of packages up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor.
- Experience with warehouse operations or logistics preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines, including the use of required PPE.
- Must be able to handle consistent lifting of various items.
