We are actively seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our busy logistics hub in Fort Worth, Texas. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count inventory. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our distribution center, supporting receiving, put-away, and shipping processes. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is paramount; adherence to all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is non-negotiable. The ideal candidate will possess a valid forklift certification and a proven track record of safe operation. This position requires excellent spatial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. While direct forklift operation is the primary focus, you may also be asked to assist with other warehouse duties, which could involve lifting.
