Seeking a driven Fulfillment Associate to join our San Antonio, Texas fulfillment center. This role is essential for processing customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be involved in various aspects of the fulfillment process, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. A commitment to Safety and quality is essential. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders using scanning technology.
- Assemble and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Receive and verify incoming inventory, stocking shelves promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Perform inventory control tasks, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as directed.
- Follow all Lifting guidelines and ergonomic best practices.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets.
- Identify and report any operational inefficiencies or Safety concerns.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a Safety-first workplace.
