Own regional sales performance across a portfolio of high-end developments. Inspire, coach and develop multiple high-performing site sales teams. Drive strategic sales plans to exceed revenue, conversion and release targets. Champion a 5-star customer journey, ensuring a flawless luxury experience from first enquiry to completion. Analyse market intel, pricing trends and competitor activity to enhance strategy and maximise ROI. Manage forecasting, stock control and KPIs with accuracy and commercial confidence. Collaborate with marketing, build and customer service to strengthen the full end-to-end sales cycle. Represent the brand at VIP launches, previews and high-profile industry events. Protect brand standards, compliance and presentation excellence across all sites. What You’ll Bring
Proven success in residential sales leadership — ideally from a UK developer or luxury housebuilder . The presence, confidence and communication skills to represent a top-tier brand.
