Bring your CT expertise to a patient-focused imaging team. As a CT Technologist, you’ll produce high-quality images, ensure patient safety, and assist with diagnostics in a fast-paced environment. *QUALIFICATIONS*
* Completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program
* ARRT registration in Radiology; CT registration within 1 year of hire or transfer
* Florida Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license
* BLS certification through AHA or American Red Cross
* Minimum 1 year CT experience preferred
* Basic computer skills (PC, create/save/print documents, input data)
* Strong patient care, communication, and teamwork skills

*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Full understanding of HIS, RIS, PACS to include ordering, monitoring workings, validation of images, and completing studies.
* Produce high-quality CT images using established protocols
* Interview patients, obtain history, explain exams, and assist as needed
* Operate power injector systems and other CT equipment
* Follow radiation safety and departmental protocols for patient and self
* Identify patients with two identifiers (name and birth date)
* Recognize normal and abnormal images; report findings to supervisor or radiologist
* Organize patient information, reports, and prior studies for interpretation
* Maintain proper stock of medical and clerical supplies
* Document equipment failures promptly
* Provide patient care according to age and treatment needs
* Assist with rotating supplies and linen
* Perform other duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $38.00 - $51.00 per hour
