Quality Assurance Engineer
to join its dynamic team. With a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and technical excellence, this is your chance to play a key role in shaping the quality and performance of precision-manufactured components. What You’ll Be Doing as Quality Assurance Engineer Investigating non-conforming products and leading root cause analysis using tools like 8D, 5Y, PFMEA, and Six Sigma Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve quality issues and drive improvements Handling customer returns and ensuring resolution within business KPIs Supporting Material Review Board (MRB) activities and First Article Inspection Reports (AS9102) Communicating directly with customers and suppliers to resolve issues and improve satisfaction Analysing quality trends and implementing preventative actions to avoid recurrence Supporting documentation updates and process compliance across operations What You’ll Bring as Quality Assurance Engineer Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing quality role Proven experience using quality tools and methodologies Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, or NADCAP Strong communication skills across all levels Ability to interpret technical drawings and use MS Office Desirable: Six Sigma Green Belt, Q-Pulse, or electroplating experience What’s On Offer as Quality Assurance Engineer Join a well-established and forward-thinking company with strong values and a commitment to innovation and excellence Be part of a collaborative, quality-focused team Opportunities for professional development and training Values That Matter The organisation believes in
