Position Overview The Senior Platform Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the platform and infrastructure components of the DevSecOps/PlatOps environments within our Continuous Improvement Teams. This role includes configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting the underlying systems to support software development activities and ensure the smooth operation of production applications. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the scalability, availability, and reliability of the infrastructure that supports software delivery pipelines, collaborating across teams to identify, triage, resolve, and continuously improve platform-related challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of secure systems; develop infrastructure solutions focusing on high availability, scalability, and resilience using cloud services, container orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practises.
Implement automation for infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and maintenance, minimising manual tasks and enhancing deployment efficiency and reliability through Configuration as Code (CaC).
