We are seeking a hands‑on Lead Data Solutions Architect to design and build end‑to‑end, data‑led solutions across modern digital products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing and delivering real systems – bringing together data platforms, pipelines, orchestration, integrations, and applied intelligence in a practical, scalable way. You will shape how data flows through products, from capture and transformation to analytics, automation, and decision‑making in live environments. This is not a narrow data role; you will design complete solutions that span applications, platforms, workflows, and intelligent behaviours, staying close to the build to ensure designs work in practice. Key Responsibilities
Design and build end‑to‑end data and intelligence‑driven solutions Develop and own data pipelines, orchestration, and workflow patterns Embed analytics and data‑driven behaviour directly into products Work hands‑on with modern cloud data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Fabric or equivalent) Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams on real delivery challenges Skills & Experience
Hands‑on experience with modern data architectures (warehouse, lakehouse, cloud platforms) Strong SQL and experience building data pipelines end to end Experience with data orchestration and workflow‑driven solutions Ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions used in production Comfortable working closely with engineers in product‑led teams Benefits
