As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial part in transforming raw data into actionable insights, helping the organization stay competitive and responsive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Objectives
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insightful solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various sources.
Responsibilities
Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
Create clear and concise reports, visualizations, and presentations for diverse audiences.
Identify key metrics and develop KPIs to measure business performance.
Work closely with IT and business units to implement data-driven strategies.
Conduct ad-hoc data investigations and provide actionable recommendations.Maintain documentation of data processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging data analysis tools and techniques.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication skills to explain data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with statistical analysis and programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing priorities effectively.
