RedSeven Marketing is looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and developing practical sales skills in a customer-facing environment. No previous sales experience is required – full training is provided. This is a face‑to‑face sales role based in Bristol. Applicants must be comfortable working directly with customers. No prior sales experience is required.
Responsibilities
Conduct face-to-face sales conversations with customers
Represent clients professionally in public-facing environments
Communicate product and service information clearly and confidently
Work towards weekly sales targets with support from the team
Apply structured sales techniques learned through training
Deliver a high standard of customer interaction and service
