Sales Negotiator
to join a respected independent estate agency in the Whitstable area: handling residential sales, client relationships, and progressing transactions through to completion. This role suits an experienced Estate Agency Sales Negotiator looking to continue developing their career within a respected independent agency operating in North Kent. You will play a key role in sales delivery and client engagement. What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
Registering buyers and sellers and managing ongoing relationships Conducting viewings and negotiating offers Assisting with property listings and valuations Progressing sales from offer to completion Maintaining regular contact with clients and applicants Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve branch targets What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
Previous experience in residential property sales Valuation and listing experience advantageous Confident and professional telephone manner Well presented, motivated, and organised Knowledge of the North Kent area beneficial Excellent written and spoken English Full UK driving licence essential Car owner/driver Professional approach to estate agency What’s In It For You?
