Secure new business to ensure growth targets are met.
Manage a portfolio of existing accounts within the region.
Assist in the development of the future sales strategy.
Manage tender processes for potential new customers.
Communicate, manage and implement cost increases to customers.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal coordinators.
Undertake site risk assessments, take samples of waste materials, produce proposals and present solutions for suitable recycling, treatment or disposal routes for the customer.
Qualifications
Previous sales experience and a proven track record of new business development is essential.
A full driving licence is essential for this position due to travelling around the Yorkshire & Humber areas.
Previous experience of following a technical sales process is essential.
Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to assess site risks and deliver practical solutions.
Benefits
Salary: Competitive package including a basic salary of £35,000, monthly car allowance of £500, and an attractive commission structure bringing your total On-Target Earnings (OTE) to £47,000 per annum.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm.
Location: Home based with travel around the Yorkshire & Humber regions of England.
25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
