We're looking for a passionate and experienced SEO Specialist to drive organic growth for Hillarys.co.uk and Hillarys.ie. You'll play a key role in shaping and executing our SEO strategy across two leading home interiors brands, collaborating with content, PR, and development teams to deliver measurable results that enhance visibility, traffic, and conversions. Key Responsibilities
Lead SEO Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to achieve measurable organic growth across all key product areas. Collaboration: Partner with developers, content creators, and external agencies to implement technical and on-page SEO improvements. Website Migrations: Plan and manage SEO aspects of site migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to rankings and visibility. On-Page Excellence: Optimise metadata, headings, structured data, and other on-page elements to maintain a best-in-class standard. Content Quality: Monitor and guide content creation to ensure it's user-focused, intent-driven, and aligns with SEO best practices. Algorithm Awareness: Stay ahead of Google's core updates and evolving SEO trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
