The successful candidates will be the first point of contact for clients, managing and responding to their queries submitted via ticketing system and providing high-quality support. In addition to handling client queries, they will contribute to data-related research and take on broader responsibilities as the project evolves. Applicants should have demonstrable interest in financial markets and data analysis. They should have extremely good communication skills (written and verbal) and customer service skills, along with the ability to confidently engage with finance professionals. Multi-tasking, attention to detail and ability to maintain focus and motivation while working in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and effectively to ADSK service desk tickets.
Provide high quality support to clients.
Manage multiple, repetitive tasks while maintaining high productivity and attention to detail.
Collaborate with internal teams and take ownership of key responsibilities.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science with a GPA of 3.25 or above.
Fluency in English.
Prior experience or a strong interest in financial markets and data analysis.
Solid understanding of client engagement, professionalism and reputational risk.
Fantastic customer service skills and ability to confidently engage with finance professionals.
Apply problem‑solving skills and work under pressure.
Be able to work successfully and productively in a remote (WFH) setting, with self‑discipline and good time management.
Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment.
Quick learner with ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver high‑quality work.
Ability to pivot between different tasks quickly and without much disruption.
Ability to take ownership and be proactive with key areas of responsibility.
Ability to do a large number of repetitive tasks with high productivity and accuracy.
Self‑motivated, task‑oriented, and high degree of professionalism and integrity.
Motivation to grow and develop within the organisation and strong desire to progress.
