Are you a kitchen enthusiast with a flair for customer service? ProCook is seeking Sales Advisors to join our dynamic team! As a Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in creating outstanding shopping experiences for our customers.
This is a permanent, part-time position, 10hrs/week in our Basingstoke Store.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Engage customers with a warm welcome and assist them in selecting the perfect kitchen products.
Share your enthusiasm for our products, demonstrating their benefits and providing knowledgeable advice.
Maintain an organised and visually appealing store environment that showcases our kitchenware effectively.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling returns and exchanges as needed.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and foster a supportive team atmosphere.
What a Typical Day Looks Like:
Start your day by preparing the store for opening and ensuring it is inviting for customers.
Assist walk-in customers, answering inquiries and offering personalised product recommendations.
Participate in product demonstrations and promotions that highlight our best offerings.
Engage in staff meetings to share insights, discuss goals, and build camaraderie within the team.
End your shift by ensuring the store remains well-stocked and ready for the next day.
The Ideal Candidate:
Passion for providing exceptional customer service and making connections with customers.
Previous experience in retail or customer service is required.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively share product knowledge.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Detail‑oriented with a keen eye for store presentation.
Comfortable using POS systems and technology.
Flexible to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
