My client is seeking an ambitious and customer-focused
Professional Services Consultant
(Security Engineer)
to join their expanding team. This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to work closely with customers, deliver high-impact solutions, and play a key role in client success. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring solutions are implemented effectively and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional services to customers across implementation, onboarding, and optimisation projects Act as the technical and functional point of contact during project delivery Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes Gather customer requirements and translate them into practical solutions Deliver training, documentation, and knowledge transfer where required Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced remote environment Identify opportunities for service improvement and customer expansion Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and communication Key Requirements
Previous experience in a
Professional Services, Consultancy, Implementation, or Technical Consulting role Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple projects successfully Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused mindset Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly What’s on Offer
