We are working in partnership with a well-established and growing construction and development management business to recruit an experienced
Design Manager .
Our client is a privately owned company operating across residential and mixed-use developments, with a strong reputation for delivering well-coordinated, high-quality projects. They are known for their collaborative approach, strong relationships with consultants and subcontractors, and their ability to take projects from early design stages through to successful on-site delivery. The Role As Design Manager, you will take responsibility for managing the design process from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring all design information is coordinated, compliant, and aligned with the construction programme.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the design process across all project stages
Coordinating consultants, architects, and specialist designers
Reviewing and managing design information, drawings, and specifications
