Join our team as a Distribution Center Associate in Dallas, Texas! This position is fundamental to the efficient operation of our logistics network. You will be involved in a variety of tasks including receiving and unloading shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing goods for outgoing transport. We are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to contribute to a productive and safe work environment. A strong commitment to teamwork and a meticulous approach to tasks are highly desirable. Comprehensive training will be provided, covering all aspects of warehouse operations and safety procedures. Paramount to this role is a dedication to safety, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe lifting practices, as regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs will be required. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare and load outgoing shipments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all established safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including consistent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Experience with logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
