Our Orlando, Florida distribution center is seeking dedicated Order Pickers to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. This role is essential for our logistics operations, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for navigating the warehouse, identifying and retrieving specified products from inventory, and preparing them for the next stage of the shipping process. Accuracy and speed are paramount. You will utilize RF scanners and follow order instructions meticulously. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team is highly valued. Safety is a top priority; all associates are required to adhere to strict safety procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and be capable of consistent lifting of items up to 40 lbs. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and order fulfillment.
- Ensure correct items and quantities are selected.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including PPE guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to safety and correct PPE usage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
