Job Summary:
Our Columbus, Ohio facility is looking for a meticulous Inventory Control Specialist to manage and maintain the accuracy of our warehouse inventory. This role is vital for our logistics and supply chain success, ensuring that stock levels are precise and that materials are readily available for fulfillment operations. The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing solutions to prevent future errors. You will work closely with the warehouse team to monitor stock rotation, identify damaged goods, and ensure optimal storage conditions. A keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in inventory management software are essential. This position requires a commitment to upholding safety standards, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and awareness of safe lifting techniques. You will be expected to contribute to process improvements that enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

  • Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.

Qualifications:
