Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Verify item numbers and quantities against order requirements.
- Stage picked items for the packing station.
- Maintain productivity levels to meet order fulfillment targets.
- Ensure the accuracy of picked orders.
- Keep picking areas clean and organized.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts.
- Follow all warehouse safety rules and procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE as required.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or orders.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Experience with safe lifting practices.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and using PPE.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic logistics processes.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
