Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments accurately.
- Store inventory in designated areas, following established procedures.
- Pick and pack orders based on customer requirements and order details.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles safely.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational deadlines.
- Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting and bending, and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and Logistics concepts.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Dedication to workplace Safety and operational excellence.
