Responsibilities:
  • Execute regular cycle counts and periodic physical inventories.
  • Research and reconcile any inventory discrepancies found during counts or operations.
  • Process inventory adjustments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure data integrity within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Monitor inventory levels and flag potential stock issues.
  • Work with receiving and shipping departments to ensure accurate material flow.
  • Identify and document damaged, expired, or obsolete inventory.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
  • Support audit processes related to inventory.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Logistics processes.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in business or logistics is a plus.
  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify patterns and trends.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding of supply chain and Logistics operations.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate physical exertion, including occasional Lifting.
  • Dedication to maintaining a high standard of workplace Safety.
