Responsibilities:
- Execute regular cycle counts and periodic physical inventories.
- Research and reconcile any inventory discrepancies found during counts or operations.
- Process inventory adjustments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure data integrity within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitor inventory levels and flag potential stock issues.
- Work with receiving and shipping departments to ensure accurate material flow.
- Identify and document damaged, expired, or obsolete inventory.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Support audit processes related to inventory.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Logistics processes.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in business or logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify patterns and trends.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of supply chain and Logistics operations.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate physical exertion, including occasional Lifting.
- Dedication to maintaining a high standard of workplace Safety.
